Creative Care is a practical guide for artists—especially those without formal training in creative arts therapies or psychosocial support—who wish to offer meaningful, art-based activities in humanitarian settings.

Driven by growing global interest among arts and health researchers, practitioners, and policymakers, this systematic review will synthesize over 150 large-scale studies to map and quantify how arts engagement relates to population health, addressing questions beyond experimental research while informing future public health strategies.

An exploration of how new artistic abilities can emerge in people with dementia, developing a transdisciplinary framework to explain the neurobiological, cognitive, and environmental mechanisms underlying this phenomenon and its potential to inform brain health research and creative therapeutic approaches.

A 12-week randomized study exploring how culturally grounded Amazonian Dance may improve speech, language, and communication outcomes for people with Parkinson’s disease. The findings highlight the potential of dance to support both speech-motor function and higher-order language processes through culturally resonant, expressive movement.
