Nicola Benedetti named first Global Ambassador for Healing Arts as Scotland hosts the world's largest biannual Healing Arts week.
Delegates from around the world gathered in Scotland this week for the world’s largest biannual Healing Arts week, a major international programme celebrating the powerful relationship between the arts, health and wellbeing.

At a moment when the role of culture in public life is being urgently reconsidered, Healing Arts Scotland placed creativity at the centre of conversations about care, community and collective resilience. Across the country, artists, health practitioners, cultural leaders and delegates came together to explore how music, visual art, performance, participation and creative practice can support wellbeing and strengthen communities.
